1.2 Management reserves the right to deny entry or evict guests who fail to comply with the terms and conditions.
1.3 Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
2. Booking and Payments
2.1 Advance bookings must be confirmed through the official website, contact number, or authorized travel partners.
2.2 Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
2.3 Cancellation or rescheduling is allowed as per the resort's cancellation policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed accordingly.
3. Entry and Admission
3.1 All guests must present a valid entry pass or ticket upon arrival.
3.2 Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
3.3 Outside food, beverages, alcohol, or illegal substances are not permitted inside the premises.
4. Safety Guidelines
4.1 Guests are required to follow all safety instructions displayed on signage or provided by staff.
4.2 The use of the water park, rides, and other facilities is at the guest's own risk.
4.3 Proper swimwear is mandatory for water park access. Cotton clothing or inappropriate attire is not allowed.
5. Liability
5.1 Sentosa Resorts and Water Park is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
5.2 Guests are advised to secure their valuables in lockers provided on-site.
